Order Cancellations (Before Shipment)
If you cancel your order before it ships, an 8% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
This fee covers non-refundable payment processing and administrative costs incurred when the order was placed.
Once the item has shipped, the order can no longer be canceled and must be treated as a return.
Return Policy
For Products Shipped Directly from the Manufacturer
Our store follows the return and warranty policies set by the brand or manufacturer for all drop-shipped or partner-supplied products. Please refer to the specific brand's return terms, which may include restocking fees, time limits, or special conditions.
For Products Shipped from Our Warehouse
Returns – Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, follow these steps:

Report any damage to our customer support within 3 calendar days of delivery.

Include clear photos or video of the damage or defect.

Once approved, we will arrange for pickup of the damaged item.

A replacement will be sent once we receive and inspect the returned product.
Returns – Undamaged Items (Within 14 Days)
If you change your mind or wish to return a non-damaged item:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your return request and reason.

A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will apply.

We will help schedule the return shipping, but you are responsible for all shipping fees.

A refund will be issued to your original payment method after the product is received and inspected.
Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

The product has been installed, cut, or modified in any way.

The item is not in its original packaging or is missing parts.

The return is requested more than 14 days after delivery.

Damage is reported after 3 days.

The product is not in new, unused condition.
