Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with:

  • Your tracking number

  • The name of the shipping carrier

This tracking information will allow you to follow your order until delivery.


Shipping Methods

We offer standard shipping on all orders by default.

If you require expedited shipping, it must be:

  • Requested before your order is placed

  • Approved by our team in writing

We do not guarantee expedited shipping unless arranged in advance. Expedited shipping requests made after an order is submitted will not be honored.


Delivery

Standard delivery time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on location and product availability.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses.
